Heath Andre is the founder and driving force behind Lake Champlain Sanitation, a fast-growing waste removal and cleanout company serving Clinton County and surrounding areas. Since launching the business in 2018, Heath has built LCS from a simple bagged trash pickup service into a multi-service operation handling junk removal, dumpster rentals, and foreclosure cleanouts for both residential and commercial clients.
What started as a way to break free from the 9-to-5 grind has grown into a business that serves hundreds of customers a year, from homeowners clearing out garages to solar project managers needing full-scale site cleanup. Heath combines a strong work ethic with a genuine love for trucks, heavy equipment, and physical labor, all things he missed in his previous job.
For Heath, every day in this business is different, and that’s what he loves most. Some days involve helping a family declutter a property they just inherited. Others involve coordinating with commercial crews to remove construction debris. Heath is often out in the field, not just managing crews but speaking directly with clients, providing quotes, and ensuring jobs are done right the first time.
“I get to have great conversations with clients about decluttering their homes, businesses, or properties. We work with everyone from new homeowners to solar farm project managers and large corporate stores. No two days are the same, and that’s probably my favorite part of running this business.”
